AIM studio is the fast growing business, ranked in the best 100 small companies in Montenegro.
Our team counts more than 25 members, from architects and civil engineers to MEP engineers, and more than 30 awards on national or international competitions and exibitions.
Licensed for developing architectural projects , technical audits and construction supervision, we unify the architectural services from masterplan, concept, final, technical to interior design.
With the experience in BIM technology, we develop technical documentation fast, precise and fully integrated. Specialised in hospitality design we have finished more than 15 4-5 stars Hotels and Resort projects, currently 8 in construction progress.
We cooperate with distinguished award-winning foreign architectural offices and international clients and operators such as: Orascom, Chedi, Radisson, Fairmont, Swissotel, Niki Beach and more.

- 1st prize in the international invited competition for concept design of 5 stars hotel “Mimosa” in Tivat
2016
- 2nd prize in the international invited competition for urban-architectural solution of Marina landscaping with Lighthouse and adjacent areas Lustica, Tivat
- 2nd prize in a national architectural competition for “Kuća voća” in Andrijevica
- 2nd prize in a national architectural competition for hotel “Casa del Mare” in Kamenari
- 2nd prize in a international architectural competition for apartment complex “Monkaro” in Zabrdje, Lustica
2015
- 2nd prize in the international competition for concept design of reconstruction of “Dom revolucije” in Nikšić
- 3rd prize in the international invited competition for concept design of hotel complex „Lazaret“ in Meljine
- 2nd prize in the national invited competition for conceptual design of reconstruction and addition of hotel „Delfin“ in Bijela (The 1st prize was not awarded)

- 1st prize in the international competition for condo hotel on location of „Old school“ in Tivat
2013
- Award in the category – interior at Salon of Architecture of Montenegro, for the project of reconstruction of the interior of the Primary Court in Podgorica
2012
- 2nd prize in the international invited competition for conceptual design of residential /commercial building “Salt tower” in Budva (in collaboration with Enforma)
2011
- 2nd prize in the national competition for urban – architectural concept design of “Artists’ Square “in Cetinje
- 2nd prize in the international competition for conceptual design of Montenegro Stock Exchange logo
- 4th prize in the international competition for concept design of the hotel “Jadran” in Ulcinj (in collaboration with Ioannis Oikonomou)
- 2nd prize in the international competition for concept design of the city waterfront, “Pine” in Tivat (in collaboration with Ioannis Oikonomou)
