AIM studio received 2nd prize in a national architectural competition (1st prize wasn’t given) for reconstruction and addition of hotel “Casa del Mare” in Kamenari
AIM studio received 3rd divided prize on the invited international architectural competition for the hotel complex “Lazaret” in Meljine, announced by Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism.
AIM studio received 2nd divided prize (the 1st prize was not awarded) on the invited national architectural competition for the addition of hotel “Delfin” in Bijela, announced by Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism for investor “Carine” ltd.
Architects Ivan Milošević and Marko Stjepčević received the Montenegro Salon of architecture award for best interior for interior reconstruction of the Primary Court in Podgorica.
The jury was composed of leading architects from Montenegro and the region: Andjelka Badnjar – Gojnić (Montenegro), Ana Dana Beroš (Croatia), Vladan Đokic (Serbia) and Matevž Čelik (Slovenia).
At first Montenegrin Salon of Architecture, which was held at the Art Gallery “Miodrag – Dado Djuric”, organized by the Union of Architects of Montenegro and the Chamber of Architects, AIM studio was presented in the categories of projects, interior and realizations.
Exhibition of the open national architectural competition for the reconstruction of the “Old School” building as well as award ceremony was held on 22.12.2014 in the hall of the Municipality of Tivat.
AIM studio received 1st prize on the open national architectural competition for the reconstruction of “Old School” building in Tivat.
Architects: Boštjan Vuga (Sadar + VUGA), Simon Hartman (HHF), Ivan Miloševic (AIM studio), Saša Begović (3LHD), Hubert Klumpner (Urban-Think Tank) and Andreas Ruby (Ruby press) held lectures at the Kotor APSS final conference. Ivan Milošević – AIM studio, in accordance with the theme of the second Kotor APSS, as part of its lecture presented a selection of design proposals on the Montenegrin coast.
Kotor APSS summer school of architecture within the Kotor Art Festival was held in the old Austro-Hungarian prison from 04 to 14/07/2013. School gathered international students of architecture who were mentored by eminent European architects dealt with the issue of the situation on the Montenegrin coast, primarily revitalization of Hotel Fjord, designed by architect Zlatko Ugljen.
Tutors and lecturers at the second Kotor Art Kotor APSS were Boštjan Vuga (Sadar + VUGA), Simon Hartman (HHF), Ivan Miloševic (AIM studio), Marko Stjepčević, Ilka & Andreas Ruby (Ruby press) and Hubert Klumpner (Urban-Think Tank).
The award ceremony and exhibition of competition proposals was held at Hotel Splendid, Budva on 05.04.2012.
AIM studio in partnership with “Enforma”ltd from Kotor, won the second prize at the invited international competition for residential/commercial skyscraper in Budva, announced by “Montera Montenegro”ltd. Among others, the competition was attended by world famous names of architecture: Eric Owen Moss, Njiric plus architects, 3LHD, Rintala Eggertsson Architects, Tatiana Bilbao, and others.
